PREGNANCY YOGA

Join us for a 6 week Pregnancy Yoga Course that will focus on building strength in the body and finding calm in the mind alongside a community of like-minded mums.

Yoga will support you in so many ways throughout your pregnancy from feeling more comfortable, embracing the changes throughout the months and beginning to prepare your body, mind and baby for birth.

Suitable following your 12 week scan right up to birth.

MUM & BABY YOGA SOCIAL

Our Mum & Baby Yoga Social Courses offer the perfect setting for you and your baby to experience time together while mum can focus on recovery, both physically and mentally after birth.

We’ll move slowly through yoga poses, breath work while focusing on rebuilding your strength, particularly in the core and pelvic floor and of course some relaxation.

Each class will consist of around 45 minutes of yoga followed by 30 minutes of tea/coffee where you can connect with other lovely local mums in the area.

Spaces are limited.

We offer a trial class for you to try before booking onto a course if you would prefer. Only 2 trial spaces per class.

YOGA

Our general yoga classes are open to all but are designed with a focus on mums who want to build strength, find some calm and are working through the early years of motherhood.

We’ll explore yoga poses, breath work and meditation all with the common goal of building calm and strength in body and mind.
