Founded and hosted by Jen Mazur, Mums' Yoga Club Retreats are designed to provide mums with a rejuvenating escape, a place to reconnect with yourself, and a community that truly understands the joys and challenges of motherhood.

Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to help mums unwind, recharge, and rediscover their inner calm through practices like yoga, meditation, journaling, mindful workshops, nature walks, and more.

  • Calm & Connect Day Retreat - 8th February 2025

    The Calm & Connect Yoga Retreat is a day designed to give you a break from the busyness of motherhood, offering a space to relax, recharge, and connect with yourself and other wonderful mums.

    📍 Location: Downham Hall, Essex
    🕒 Time: 9:30am – 4:30pm

    What’s Included in Your Retreat Day

    -Calming and Reflective Yoga Sessions

    -Pottery painting workshop led by the talented team at Pink Parachute!
