Join us for The Autumn Reset Retreat, a soul-nourishing day designed to help you pause, breathe, and realign as we move into the new season. Inspired by the Autumn Equinox, this retreat will give you the space to let go of the overwhelm, reconnect with your body, and embrace the grounding energy of autumn.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, and mindful reflection, you’ll:

Journaling Workshop – Guided reflection to help you set intentions for the new season and create space for what nourishes you.

Sound Healing Session – Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, helping you feel deeply rested and restored.
