Hi, I'm Jen, a mum of two little ones, a qualified Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga teacher, and the founder of the Mums' Yoga Club app, a global app supporting women through every stage of their motherhood journey.
I completed my yoga teacher training at the highly regarded triyoga in London, an in-depth two-year course that I undertook while being pregnant and postnatal myself. So when I say I understand what your body and mind are going through, I really mean it.
I created Mums' Yoga Club because I believe every mum deserves a space that feels truly welcoming, wherever she is in her journey. My classes are designed to be as inclusive and nurturing as they are effective — whether you join me at 12 weeks or 34 weeks, you'll leave each session feeling better than when you arrived.

Frequently asked questions
I've never done yoga before — is that okay?
Absolutely! In fact, many of the mums who join have never set foot on a yoga mat before. Classes are designed to be completely accessible for beginners, so there's no experience needed and nothing to feel nervous about. You'll be guided through everything at a gentle pace, and you'll quickly realise you fit right in.
I've never done yoga before — is that okay?
Whatever makes you feel comfortable and able to move freely! Loose, stretchy clothing works perfectly — think leggings and a top you can breathe in. There's no yoga uniform required, just something that lets you relax and move with ease.
What do I need to bring to class?
Very little — just yourself, your bump and a bottle of water! All mats and props are provided, so there's no need to worry about equipment. Just turn up and we'll take care of the rest.
I've never done yoga before — is that okay?
Life happens — holidays, sickness, and the general unpredictability of pregnancy mean it's completely normal to occasionally miss a class, and you won't be the first! Please do be aware that the booking covers the course in full, so any missed classes are unfortunately unable to be refunded or transferred. We'd always encourage you to come along to as many as you can to get the most out of your experience.
