Hi, I’m Jen, founder of Mums’ Yoga Club and mum of two little ones.
I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, and I created Mums’ Yoga Club as a space for mums to feel supported through every stage of motherhood — from pregnancy to postnatal and beyond.
Through the Mums’ Yoga Club app, you’ll find short, accessible yoga and meditation classes to help you build calm and strength in both body and mind, wherever and whenever you need it. Whether you're pregnant, newly postnatal or navigating life with little ones, you're so welcome here.
