Join us for a 6 week Pregnancy Yoga Course that will focus on building strength in the body and finding calm in the mind alongside a community of like-minded mums.
Suitable following your 12 week scan right up to birth
MUM & BABY YOGA
Our Mum & Baby Yoga Courses offer the perfect setting for you and your baby to experience time together while mum can focus on recovery, both physically and mentally after birth.
YOGA CLASSES
Our general yoga classes are open to all but are designed with a focus on mums who want to build strength, find some calm and are working through the early years of motherhood.

Meet Jennifer…
Hi, I’m founder of Mum’s Yoga Club and a mum of two young children.
I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal yoga and with Mums’ Yoga Club I’ve created a space for mums to come and feel supported in their journey through all stages of motherhood, to build calm and strength in body and mind and to offer them a space to connect with other mums.
